Trees can account for up to 15% of a residential property’s worth. We offer extensive Tree Risk Management assessments and Tree Appraisals.

Tree Appraisals may be required by the Town when applying for Tree Removal permit for development purposes

The two trees were removed with no damage to the adjacent deck or bushes, and the clean-up of branches, needles and wood chips was better than I had anticipated. Fred was a pleasure to deal with in all respects. He showed up for providing a quote and doing the job on schedule. His quote was very competitive. He was polite, and knowledgeable, and did an outstanding job of removing 2 large pines from our back yard that were very close to our house. The cleanup afterwards of the branches and wood chips from the chain saw was exceptional, you could barely tell that they had been there. Highly recommended.

Fred recently did some work for our condo board after being recommended by a local property management company. I was the point of contact for him and he had great communication skills, was punctual, and friendly. He’s very knowledgeable and eager to help/advise. He removed 2 dead trees and pruned some unruly bushes on our common property. When he’d finished he showed me round everything he’d done. Everything looked fantastic and he’d swept up afterwards and took everything away. When he took our tree down I couldn’t even tell where it had originally been, he’d made such a good job removing it and spreading the gravel back.
